Redlands High School is holding a Prom Proposal Competition and the winner receives a free pair of prom tickets. Think of a fun way to ask your date to prom, film it, and post it to our website to win!  Surprise your date when they’re walking across the street, at lunch or in the parking lot with balloons, flowers, posters, your friends, or a gorilla suit. Let us see your creative side. Good luck! 

Dates:
Video submissions will close the morning of April 8^th
Voting on videos will be open from April 8^th – 17^th
Winners will be announced on April 18^th

Rules:

Must be submitted to the website by video

Video must be school appropriate

Must be under one minute in length

Filming over Spring Break IS allowed

If not uploaded to the website or given to ASB to do so, the entry will not be submitted into competition

Dress code does apply

No foul language or sexual content

If video is deemed inappropriate or does not follow rules, it will not be posted or entered in the competition

How to submit a video:

Locate the box on this page that is called “Videos and Podcasts” and select “Add Video/Podcast” and upload your video along with a description of the video and who is staring in the video.  You must be logged into the RHS website to upload a video.  All videos will be screened before they are posted online for voting.  Please make sure you abide by the rules.

How to vote:

Students need to comment on a video in order to vote.  Students need to only comment “VOTE” for the video that they would like to vote for.  The video with the most comments wins.  Any inappropriate comments will be deleted.

*If winners have already bought tickets when the results are announced, they will be reimbursed for their prom ticket purchase.
